If you're not in the house when the delivery driver visits your home, we'll put a "while you were out" card through your letterbox. No, we don’t do same day delivery, however in most area we delivery next day, we have schedule delivery days for different area, we are working to make it same day delivery in future.
You can amend/cancel your order online before 12 pm one day before your schedule date and you can also amend/cancel by calling us on the contact number until 5 pm one day before your scheduled delivery date.
You or someone aged 18 or over on your behalf must be available to receive, inspect and sign for your grocery delivery order. We will not be able to leave goods unattended under any circumstances. We will always deliver to the front door of your house or at least to the communal entrance to your building.
After evaluation of the order if we found the mistake is from our side we will take back the item and full refund will be given to the customer, if we found the mistakes is from the customer side then customer has to take the responsibility.
The meat and poultry item once delivered to the customer in good condition, and acknowledge by the customer or open packaging by the customer, the item cannot be taken back as per the Food and Beverages safety procedures.
