Return & Refunds


If Customer is not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product they can return the product at the time of delivery. We will take back the return product and issue a credit note for the value of the return products. The credit can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills, however packaged goods once opened or accepted by the customer are not subject to returns and refund.

Meat products can only be returned if:

  1. It’s delivered after the schedule date.
  2. The package has been altered or damaged during transit.
  3. The item delivered is not what you had placed an order for.
